Using AI Images for AI Video Creation (a lot of movement)

I have a question regarding the use of AI-generated images that I have already submitted in my portfolio. Am I allowed to use those images for AI video creation?

The video I am working on is not just a simple slideshow or slight movements but a lot of movement, you can see in the attached sample file. If these AI video are OK, can I submit both the AI image and AI video to my portfolio without spam or similar?

Previously, I tried to find information through the Adobe Stock Discord, where the staff mentioned that it is allowed. However, there were conflicting opinions in the community, suggesting otherwise. Therefore, I would like to seek your advice and clarification on this matter.

I know of no policy that suggest otherwise. It should be okay to submit for approval.

I think there is no problem, but the video is very short. This may not affect the acceptance of the video, but I do not think that many buyers will pay money for 5 seconds. Just make the video longer, and it will be much better.

Don't give up!
