I create video backgrounds meant for streamers. Is it within Adobe's terms to use the name of the platforms that people might use these on as keywords? (eg. Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc?)
No. These are registerd trademarks. If you use them, chances are your account may get blocked.
No. Those are trademarks covered by IP, and such tags are completely meaningless to a Buyer. Designers can decide for themselves how they will use an asset.
When you use brand names, you risk rejection for IP infringement.
Stick with generic keywords like "backgrounds, memes, video sharing, social media..." Designers know what those mean.
