Hola! Pago el servicio de Adobe Stock y tambien soy contribuidora del mismo. Hace aproximadamente 1 mes solicite por primera vez cobrar el dinero (eran mas de USD25) y hasta ahora, no solo que no me llega el pago, tampoco me permite ingresar a mi cuenta como contribuidora (para comprar si) por "Problemas de validación", en el mismo mensaje hay un boton de contacto al que le voy mandado mas de 10 mensajes y todavia no tengo respuesta de nadie del equipo de Adobe, ni el pago.

Adobe Contributor Support is quite busy right now due to the huge influx of Generative AI assets and the number of non-compliant assets and accounts that require review. If you have already sent a request for additional information to find out why your account is on hold, they will reply when they have completed your review. Meanwhile, do not spam them with multiple emails on the same subject, as this just further clogs their support system.

You have a problem, and you need to wait for Adobe to answer your request. They answer, and they answer by e-mail. So watch your spam folder. As you are also a stock customer, are you certain that you did not licence your own assets? That would be a violation of your contributor agreement.

Adobe may temporarily suspend or permanently terminate a Stock Contributor account for any of the following reasons:
1) Suspicious sales or refund activity.
2) They received an official infringement complaint or "take down" notice from a 3rd party.
3) Suspected violation of your Stock Contributor User Terms.

4) A technical problem that only Stock Support can fix.

 

Work on other things while you wait for the investigation to complete. It make take 2-3 weeks or more.


If you don't hear anything within 10 business days (check your spam folder for a reply), send one more follow-up query.
