Vedio files uploaded via sFTP server (Filezilla) are not showing up in 'Uploaded files' section

Hi Team,

I have tried h264 mp4 video format, uploading videos via sFTP server (Filezilla), uploading is successful but when checked in 'Uploaded files' section it is empty. Tried many times, even days passed nothing appeared.

Kindly look into this issue.

Thanks and Regards,

Rizwan

It takes some time, but definitively they appear in your repository. Are you sure that the codec is correct?

I am using codec which is mentioned in upload page, but as I have observed only 30-60pfs videos are getting uploaded and displayed at same time, but 90fps videos are only getting uploaded but not displaying in upload page

You could test that, by uploading small junks of files at different fps? You do not need to submit, so uploading 2 or 3 fps sets would be OK and can be deleted easily afterwards.
