venta de fotos de edificios demolidos

Hola, 

en relación con los edificios antiguos yo tengo también una pregunta que no consigo resolver.

Tengo fotos de casitas antiguas de distintos barrios de Madrid, especialmente de uno, que conservaba casitas bajas o casas tipo caserío, y que la especulación urbanística eliminó, unas hace unos años y otras hace poco.

Las casitas ya no existen, pero sí en mis fotos. ¿puedo sacar estas fotos a la venta?

Y la segunda cuestión de este tema, algunas de esas casas tenían decoración que se había encargado a un grafitero, y otras casitas tienen el cartel de anuncido de una tienda centenaria que existía allí. ¿puedo subir y vender estas fotos?

Ya no existe la casa, ni la firma, el único documento es el mío y otros fotógrafos de la zona.

El grafitero no sé si vive o no, pero desde luego no la casa que pintó...

It looks like the graffiti is an important part of the image. You will need a property release for that. And even when the houses do not exist any more, if the houses are the main subject and are such, that a former owner could recognize them, you will also need a property release for those.

Here we touch on copyright and property rights. Stock is particularly vigilant on this....sometimes wrongly, but often rightly. If you find the author of these graffiti, there may be more interesting work to do with him like a book for example. Who knows you may have come across a Street Art Star. Regarding the houses. It might be nice to find the owners through the cadastres and offer them your images. Especially if they are old family houses.
