Very realistic images in the illustration subcategory

Hello, dear contributors!

The next time I was looking for inspiration for my illustrations, I put “Illustration” in the search filter and entered “portrait,” but I was surprised that there were a lot of very realistic images as if they were shot on camera. I scrolled through about 10 pages, then searched for “food” without leaving the “Illustrations” subcategory, and again I saw incredibly realistic images. Sorry for the weird question, but is my filter not working or people are uploading their realistic assets to the "Illustration" subcategory?
At first, I thought that this was punishable (account deactivation), but the authors of these realistic illustrations have a 100-page portfolio...
Please explain to me, is it possible for me to do this myself?
Thank you for your time.

Originally, ALL AI submissions were required to be labeled as Illustrations before Adobe began allowing photo realistic images to be labeled as Photos.

To be clear on this issue: Most of the images in this screenshot could have fairly been labeled as Photos rather than Illustrations, while the "painting" and the woman with cloud hair MUST be labeled as illustrations, according to Adobe's present stipulations. So even though 'cloud hair' has photorealistic qualities, it's surreal nature would make it an Illustration, not a Photo.

(Meanwhile, note to self: Refrain from submitting any more images of people with their arms folded.)

Haha - those crossed arms seem to be unwritten code for "I'm a serious business person !"

Thank you for clearing this up.
I hope I won't be banned if I ever start generating photorealistic images and label them as illustrations.
