I inherrited my late grandfather's photos & slides, most of it shot in post WWII Japan & Europe.  At what point are model releases no longer required?

Thanks for the tag. The would need to have been deceased 75 years or longer for commercial licensing without a release.  All the best, Mat

Hi Nancy,

Sorry for the late answer... 😉

@MatHayward ounce said that the people on the picture need to be death for 70 or 100 years (I don't remember any more the exact time span...). I suppose this makes it impossible to submit historically relevant pictures to Adobe stock... which I find really a pity.

I've tagged Mat, may be he can clarify again the rules.
