There are issues with sharpness, a burnt out sky, some lens flare at the top of the foreground tree trunk. I'm also not sure what the commercial value of this image would be. What do you consider the main, standout subject that would encourage someone to purchase this?

Like @daniellei4510 said, you should ask yourself, "what is the commercial value of this photo? who would use it and how would they implement it?". I do not think this photo would be selected by many searchers.
Like already said, the photo is not in focus, the highlights are overexposed, some shadows are underexposed, it needs to be cropped better and the sign on the left may be an IP issue.

In addition to what has been said, you have chromatic aberration:
I would suggest that you first learn how to expose correctly with your camera. Photography clubs may be helpful.

Consider enrolling in some photography courses & join a photography club. There's more to photography than point & click. Great photos begin with a plan. Proper lighting, good composition & framing, an interesting subject and adequate depth-of-field. Photos should invite viewers into the scene or tell a story visually.
Adobe Stock customers expect to find photos of highest visual and technical quality for use in commercial projects. Read your Stock Contributor User Guide, it contains a lot of valuable information. Also compare your best work with current Stock inventory.
Hope that helps.

Hello,
My images aren't meeting the standards, give specific feedback.
Tell what is wrong about composition, lighting, subject matter, or post-processing techniques.

I'm afraid all of the above is found in your image. ☹️
You have to improve your composition for a start. And then comes exposure, your subject matter, and post-processing techniques.
