I am a user of adobe lightroom classic.
I recently tried using the "Adobe stock" option in the "Publish Services" panel.
However, when I click on the link to get started Adobe tells me I'm not eligible. Why? Is there an age limit?
I really would like to be able to use Adobe Stock.
Could someone help me please?

I suppose you are talking about becoming a contributor. You need to be 18 years old. Please see here for a full requirement:

If you are new to stock, you should consider these resources: https://helpx.adobe.com/stock/contributor/tutorials.html
Please read the contributor user manual for more information on Adobe stock contributions: https://helpx.adobe.com/stock/contributor/user-guide.html

Anybody with a subscription to Adobe Stock may purchase images from Stock to use in their own projects.
However, to be a Stock Contributor, you must create a Stock Contributor Account and fulfill the eligibility requirements. Have you done that yet?

So, I had to change the DOB on my account.
Found out that the only wawy to do so is to contact support, which I did.
Day 1 of contact given a link that doesn't work. Told it has to be done by "back end support".
Day 3 - wait two dayas more.
Day 5 - Sorry, it'll take 5-7 working days.
Day 7 - given the same link that doesn't work, and the case is closed before I can say anything.

So, the DOB still hasn't been changed after 7 days of supprort.
I'm not at all very happy.

I take it all back.
It turns out I have to set up the stock in order to set the DOB.

DOB = Date of birth? Don't use abbreviations without context. TCBVD!
(That can be very disturbing š )
