Was geschieht mit den Daten aus release Formularen?

Werden sie an Kunden weitergegeben?

Sind sie für Suchmaschienen lesbar?

Wie werden sie geschützt?

Was geschieht mit den Daten, wenn die zugehörige Datei gelöscht wurde?

Manche Leute wären  mit der Verwendung ihres Bildes einverstanden, nicht aber mit der Nennung ihres Namens...

No.  Model Releases are kept confidential.  No customers or search engines will ever see them.

This doesn´t sound that confidential to mee:

"I agree that my personal information will not be made publicly available but may only be
used in connection to licensing the Content where necessary (e.g., to defend claims and
protect legal rights), and may be retained as long as necessary to fulll this purpose,
including by being shared with sub-licensees and assignees of the Artist and transferred to
countries with differing data protection and privacy laws where it may be stored, accessed
and used."

Is there any further information availabel, how Adobe handel this personal data ?

YOUR personal information is not the same as Model Release information.

Adobe must follow laws in US and other regions they service the same as any other stock agency -- Getty, Shutterstock, iStock, etc...  If you have  concerns about the Terms of Agreement, consult a local attorney for legal advice.

Model Release Daten werden von Adobe gespeichert solange die Bilder zum Verkauf stehen. Sollte das Model  Adobe verklagen. Die Daten werden nicht den Käufern zur Verfügung gestellt. Adobe garantiert dass zu jedem Bild mit erkennbaren Personen pro Person ein Modelrelease vorliegt, ähnlich wie auch mit den Property Releases, wo garantiert wird, dass eine entsprechende Erlaubnis vorliegt.
