What is the main problem here? I found this error in my cv vector file.

Your file has one or more of these issues:

  • Your vector file contains a raster/bitmap image, and vector files must not contain raster elements.
  • Your JPEG preview file has been compressed too much, so textural problems have occurred in the file.
  • Your JPEG preview resolution must not be less than 5,000 X 3,000 (15 million pixels)
  • You didn't use anti-aliasing when exporting your vector file to JPEG, so there are problems with lines on the JPEG file.

Check here: Requirements for contributing vector art to Adobe Stock

Most of what is enumerated there is obsolete (reasons 2-4), but Adobe did not yet change the block text. There are other requirements that need to be met.

Post one of your vector assets here. We can have a look at that.

Incidentally: Don't select all topics. This is Contributor Critique.

Rejections for technical/quality problems are very common.

You probably submitted artwork that needs correction(s). Without seeing it, we don't know what corrections you should make.

Adobe Stock customers expect the highest visual and technical quality for use in commercial projects.  Read these links from your Contributor User Guide.

Hi @AshanurZaman ,

The people monitoring the forums are not staff members and do not have access to your account. For us to help you, you will need to provide us with more information.

Did you add photo to your vector art?

When you stretch your artwork do you see jagged edges, or are the edges smooth?

Does your artwork have the appearance of small squares when stretched or zoomed?

We would also need to know if you uploaded a folder with the vector and accompanying JPG file, or if you uploaded the vector alone using the regular file uploader on the platform. If you did upload just the vector file the second to fourth reason would not be applicable.

Regards

Jacquelin
