If you DO want to use Photoshop, I would recommend Filters > Neural Filters > Zoom for improved results over standard enlargements. What reason for rejection was given? Quality issues? Too similar? Adobe has been rejecting assets for both reasons, often without clear justification, for the past few weeks.
