What is the reason why the photo has not been approved?

Hello, it has been a long time since I submitted 501 photos, and the review has been delayed. What is the reason?

Adobe Moderators continue to review and add more than a million assets to the database every day; however, the backlog of assets waiting to be reviewed remains high. There's nothing we can do to hasten the review of our assets. Be patient.

How long have you been waitiing? Have you had any assets reviewed prior to the stalemate? Are they AI assets?

I uploaded ai assets.  Just like the picture as follows.

Today， I received the feedback, not approved, quality issue. 

I have marked ai asset, 300dpi.

Can you help me figure out the quality issue?

Don't upload thumbnails, the image is just too small to give any advice. I presume it's an AI gen image.

yes, it's an AI gen image.

upload the original images from my computer.

I have checked the "created using gernative AI tools".

reject reason is "quality issue".

I wanna confirm whether the format should be 4000pixel and 300dpi or more?

300DPI is only important in printing.

The image is rather underexposed:

as shown by this histogram, so you have to lighten it a bit more, and perhaps tone reduce the yellow tone just a bit. (White balance)

AI-generated images have to be treated like photographs.

If your assets were below or over the required size in MP, you would get an error message noting the file size was incorrect.

Quality comprises much more than just file size. You must zoom in 100-200% and inspect every area carefully. Here are some AI drawing errors.
