What is the Technical Issue?

Hi! I'm fairly new to the stock photo world and have had several photos accepted.  However,  recently I had this image rejected for "technical issues."  Could someone please help me so I can do better?  I'm not sure what the problem is.

Hello,

Your image is underexposed, I think you could also add a bit more contrast and composition could be improved.
