You did not tell us about the rejection reason. Was it because of the model release? Then you should look into that if all the requirements are fulfilled.

I agree, the pattern on the shoes likely triggered the IP rejection. There are some major sensor dust spots all throughout the image also that would likely result in an artifacts rejection if the IP issue wan't a factor.

I do not see a logo, so either it’s the pattern on the shoe or a clothing detail that made the moderator refuse this picture. I would tend to decolorize the shoe...

Hi tarik
Remove not just the color patterns, but also some dot patterns that goes around the back of the shoes; remove those too. Resubmit it as a plain white shoe without decorative patterns.
