what's wrong with the photo

When zoomed in to 100%, the focus is soft and there is noticeable noise.  The noise may be from oversharpening or overprocessing.

 

When looking at the Histogram: The cat photo is overexposed, the glass photo is underedposed, and the playa photo has very little detail in the midtones.  The brights are too bright, and the darks are too dark with the playa photo.
