I'm experiencing a multi-account restriction that prevents me from submitting my work, but I've checked all my email and cell phone numbers to make sure I don't have any other accounts. How do I handle this!
Below:
Our [Account and Submission](https://helpx.adobe.com/stock/contributor/help/submission-guidelines.html) policy does not allow multiple Contributor accounts.

You cabn only have one account. Multiple accounts will result in a suspension of all accounts. The account you login with to upload an image is the only account you can use.

Do you have an existing Stock Contributor account? Use the contact us link on that account to reach out to Contributor support.

There is probably a second accound registred with your mobile phone number. It may be a very old one, however.

Yes indeed, I have canceled that old account last month. But so far this new one is still not working.
What should I do now? What should I do to solve this problem? Is there a relevant solution?
