When I download a preview image, the name is "Authorization_Release_Form"

For some reason, image previews download as "Authorization_Release_Form" instead of the name of the image. 

 

Is there a way to download a preview of the image with the stock # of the image. So once it is approved by client, I can easily reference the stock number.

Could you provide some more information about this issue please?

How are you downloading the file, from within a Creative Cloud app or from the Adobe Stock website?

Could you please provide the ID number of one of the preview files?

Any other info you can provide would be helpful.
