Reviews are taking a long time right now with many Contributors reporting waits of 2 months or longer. Adobe does not pay for your accepted submissions. If a Buyer decides to license one of your assets you will earn a royalty at that time. Once you have accumulated $25 of earned royalties, you can request a payout from Adobe.

Since you are so unfamiliar with Adobe procedures it seems that your have not read the help pages. Click on the Learn & Support link at the bottom of your contributor page and read all of the help pages.

looking at the past payment records

In 2023, the payment was made around September 25th.
In 2022, payment was made around September 15th.

However, I don't know if the process start time is the same last year and this year.

Based on past history, it takes about a month after the nomination period is closed for Adobe to make their final selections.

Your account will be credited as soon as Adobe finalizes their decision. You will get an e-mail about this. There is no need to speculate about the timing, but it won't take an eternity. The decision will be taken before the current free collection runs out.
