Hello! Please tell me, on the Midjourne can use any plan or only a certain one?
Basic Plan, Standard Plan, Pro Plan, Mega Plan
It depends on how you plan to use your Generative AI assets.
1. As an inspiration piece for your personal drawings/paintings, use any plan you wish.
2. If you intend to use AI commercially and submit to Adobe Stock, you need a Pro or Mega plan that gives you copyright ownership and allows you to use Stealth Mode to keep your artwork & prompts out of public view until you're ready to release them.

If you're asking for tips on how to use Midjourney, this isn't the place to do so. There are Midjourney groups on Facetime among other platforms.

These are not trademarked names, nor do they belong to a particular artist so you're safe in using them.

You can't use references to specific artists, a specific periode of time is allowed. You are also prohibited to use trademark names for generating your assets. But you can use generic references. You are also disallowed to use real persons as a refence except if you have a model release. Do not use town names or landmarks for your generative AI, as those will not be accurately represented. Generative AI is not a photo.
As for using your generator, check the resources available from the generator. This forum is for Adobe stock specific questions.

You will need the plan that works best for you. Adobe isn't concerned with how you create the assets, but you need to have the rights to use the assets commercially.

That is not completely accurate. You need only the Pro or Mega plan only if your yearly revenue is higher than what they state, as I quote:

Stealth Mode in Midjourney is only available with a Pro or Mega plan. Stealth Mode is essential for commercial use -- no matter how much your business earns. Otherwise, anybody could take your Generative AI prompts and images and use them without your knowledge.
Adobe Stock Contributors must go the extra distance to protect themselves from possible disputes about copyright infringement. If they don't, they could be terminated for violating Adobe Stock Contributor TERMS.
