i uploded 2k file on adode stock  but my seal is to much low what is the problam with my file

It's possible your files are not in demand or your titles and keywords could be improved upon. You could try uploading a couple of your files here, along with their titles and keywords, and we can have a look. That said, what do you mean exactly by "low?" What were your expectations when you first started?

My mean is to low mean is very less every week I get only $0.33 or less
than that

You should not get less than .33 cents. As @daniellei4510 said, either your assets are not in demand or they are not being found. Remember, there is a lot of competition.

What country are you located in? I can see your portfolio here in the U.S. but it's possible that not all assets are available in every country.

There is no issue with your asset, except that I would in no case license this item, as it is so simple, that I would have build it myself in 2 minutes.

You even make it difficult for non vector buyers (JPEG or PNG buyers) to buy your assets, because you add very superflous text: 

What you get is what you sell, and if you want selling, you need a more interesting portfolio.
