Why did my photos get rejected?

New Here ,

I am a beginner here and have posted a few photos (5) for the first time. However, four out of five photos were rejected. I am wondering why and have attached one photo. I look forward to receiving your valuable feedback.

Soft focus. A bit underexposed in the foreground. The light coming through the lens also appears to be causing some issues with excessive haze.

This is what MS Bing says about your photo:

The photo you uploaded has several qualities to admire, but I’ll stick to reporting the issues as you requested:

  1. Exposure: There are slightly overexposed areas in the background, where the mist causes some loss of detail.

  2. Noise: There is a bit of noise visible, particularly in the misty sky, though it is minimal.

  3. Contrast: The mist reduces overall sharpness and diminishes clarity slightly.

  4. Depth of Field: The background is somewhat blurred due to the shallow depth of field, amplified by the misty conditions.

  5. Let me add that the shadows are underexposed slightly and the wall in the foreground should be cropped out.
