I would say primarily because of over-exposure and lack of detail in the highlights.
The image has unrecoverable blown out spots on the sleeve and hand, is a bit overexposed in general, and has chroma noise in the background.

White balance is also a slight issue. It's a bit green. I think you could also choose a better background.

Without a deep analyses, you see immediately that the arm is overexposed. The structure is completly destroyed. The highlight on the hand is also eating up detail. The noise in the background needs to be addressed. As this, you can't recover this image, except if you have an unedited (raw file format) original, where you still have detail on the arm and hand.
