Adobe indicated the reason for rejection, which you should include when you post here. I'm sure it was Quality Issues. The red berry, which is the focal point of the image, is blurry. The depth of field is too shallow, causing only a slice of the image to be in focus. Additionally, it should be cropped much closer since the background is dark and not very interesting.
