The second picture (horse) is out of focus, ill exposed and noisy. You can't save that one.
The first picture is more difficult as it is a bit to dark in the background, but the eyes are reasonably sharp, so you could work on that a bit. Unfortunately, you did cut-off the beard, even that you still had room above the beast. That is bad framing. Obviously, you are also inside a closed construction. That may trigger the need for a property release. So, I have more than one refusal reason.
