why I have technical issues in my photo?

There are many photos that I have uploaded and stock says I have technical issues I dont know why could you tell me what its wrong with this picture for example

Hi @marcolpro 

 

There is chromatic aberration around the duck (swan) in the foreground, the image is too dark, to saturated and too noisy. Maybe there are other artefacts, that I cannot see now, because of the high compression.
