Why is this picture rejected for technical raisons?

Hello,

It looks like it was taken with a smartphone, and then in-camera processing, so the result is that when zoomed in the pixel quality is not good.

So, for printing or viewing when the screen is bigger than a smartphone, the overall quality isn't good.

There are also overexposed areas on the cat's fur. 

The picture is fine for social media and sharing with friends, but rather not for stock.

A nice cat BTW, but you should know that images of pets, flowers etc all need to have a very high-quality level as they are abundantly represented in the database.
