The picture is too green! You need to correct the white balance! You may also have used a bit too much sharpening if you edited this in post.

Zoom in between 100-200% and scroll around in the image. There are other areas where the details seem to be crushed/blurred, such as the thigh just above the claw, and the rocky area. What camera did you use? This seems to be the result of overly-aggressive in-camera processing.
