Why my design rejected

i try to upload my watercolor background but they reject, anyone knows what happend with this?

They gave you a rejection reason. What did they say? We may be able to suggest why they said that.

No, they aren't giving me reason 😞 so that's why i'm asking here

There is always a reason. Such as "technical issues" or "release required" or "unsuitable". Please find it, you need it and we cannot find it for you.

actually this is texture of paper, so that's why look too noise and the image to look grainy. right? btw thank you :))
