Hello!

I have a question:

why my files still not reviewed. I uploaded files but they still not reviewed, somw of them hanging there alredy 24 days, 18 days, 6 days .... i would like to know why?

Hi,

at this time the workload because of so many AI generated Photos is very high so it is totally normal to wait up to a month.

If you have uploaded Generative AI yourself make sure you followed the Guideline https://helpx.adobe.com/stock/contributor/help/generative-ai-content.html

Because people submitted excessive quantities of generative AI assets, forcing Adobe to implement urgently a cap on the number of assets that can be outstanding. So, currently, it is not possible any more to submit thousands of assets in a row. When many contributors do that, and Adobe does not add moderators at the same pace, you have necessarily longer waiting times.

Generative AI waiting time approaches two months. Unfortunately, illustrations seem to be in the same queue.
