We can tell nothing from the small thumbnails. The devil is usually in the details. Submit a couple of comparisons full-sized.

Upload the same images here as you did to Adobe stock. I don't click in links to go to external sites.

The accepted ones are not great (quality pov) but expose probably less errors.

Hi @redbrokoly ,
This file show signs of being rasterization. The edge is not smooth.
This shows signs of excess compression. There's compression noise around the edge.
The third one also has compression and chromatic noise.
The fourth file has a poorly rendered finger.
Zoom in on all your files to find the errors and technical issues before submitting. You need to zoom in at approximately 200% to find them all.
Best wishes
Jacquelin

So some were rejected for copyright issues? A few are very reminiscent of Paw Patrol.

The bogus text and logos are another red flag. They should be removed.

Quality is not copyright, but they still may have copyright issues, if they look like well established designs. But copyright issues not a quality issue.
You can't complain. Refusals are definite and they won't reconsider with a complaint.

If this is one of the ones accepted, it should not have been. Messy drawings in places, and who/what is holding the blue umbrella? Or the yellow one for that matter. It's just floating there.
