Focus and depth of field - a technical issue.
Composition - a technical issue too.

Always zoom in 100-200% and inspect your images carefully before uploading. Had you done so on this one you would see that only 1 or 2 of the petals are in focus.

Unfocused pictures are not accepted by Adobe Stock. Try to imagine why a Buyer would want such an image. Read all of the photo requirements here on the Adobe Help pages. They specifically state
Do: Ensure that your images are sharp by viewing them at 100%.

The second image that you've uploaded above probably will be rejected on the basis of IP. Toys/dolls are considered IP of the designer/manufacturer.

"but, how can I upload unfocused photos if I want it?"
This is not how Adobe work. You can't upload what you want. You can only upload what Adobe want. Adobe want world class, technically perfect, commercial photography. Some years experience in this market may increase your chances of acceptance (but not 100%).
