I don't think that the pictures your posted here are the full resolution picture. And you did not give the refusal reason.

 

Both contain technical issues, so I suppose the refusal is "technical issues". Both also contain IP violations. You need to photoshop any logo out.

 

Technical issues for both are artefacts and probably focussing problems. You also need in both cases to do geometric corrections. The second image also has those blown out whites. Photographing towards a high light source, li

Technical issues for both are artefacts and probably focussing problems. You also need in both cases to do geometric corrections. The second image also has those blown out whites. Photographing towards a high light source, like the open gate of the hall, does not work well, even with great optics and cameras. If it would have worked, you would have needed model releases from the 2 persons in the background. I also doubt that this picture has any commercial or aesthetic value.

Your photos are not focused very good, there are white balance issues, purple haze, overexposed highlights and some composition errors.
