Hi! Please help me to find a reason why my image has been rejected.

It shouldn't be a PNG because there is no transparency.

It's underexposed as shown by the histogram (and seen on the image):

Thank you for the quick response. Somehow, the photo became darker after uploading compared to the original. I have now saved the photo as a JPEG and adjusted the lighting.

Photos don't become darker with uploading. It may, however, be that you have attached the wrong colour space. You need develop your pictures for sRGB and you need to tag your pictures as such.
