Please explain why my photo was not accepted. You said it looks like another image you uploaded. I didn't send you a similar photo.

Looking on my iPhone: Technical issues is the refusal reason and the issue is that you submitted a black & white picture, where a colour picture would be appropriate.

We cannot look at your contribution. We are not Adobe staff. But does it definitely say it is similar to another image YOU UPLOADED? Or does it just say it is too similar to another image?
Perhaps you can share the picture, and give a link to your accepted photographs from before, so the contributors here can give advice.

I suppose the refusal message was "similar submitted". You should always tell us the heading of the refusal!
We can't look into your account, so you need to post this picture here. However, with "similar submitted", moderators may also consider other people's submitions.

First of all, black and white is not preferable. The whites are overexposed and the sharpness does not go to the fixed point at the end.
