Please explain why my photo was not accepted, according to what features it did not fit

This looks like an interesting concept.  I can't tell what this is a card for.  It's helpful to include the reason that Adobe have for the rejection.  Quality Issues?  IP rejection?  I see both.

 

This card had intellectual property rights would need a release from the manufacturer to use in commercial stock.

 

The histogram if this photo reflects underexposure.  There are harsh shadows that distract from the main subject.  The focus plane appears to be just behind the card.  The card is faded in a few spots and could use some touch up.

You should start with the reason, Adobe did give you. I suppose it's technical issues. There are some:

Looking into the histogram, I see that blacks and whites are missing. That is a nice effect filter, making the picture flat, contrastless. Nice, but not to be used in stock.

The arrows point to what looks like failed editing, the cloud shows some nasty artefacts.

You have a very narrow DOF, I would expect the card to be in focus. The Qr  code, even partially, may be considerd an IP problem.
