why reject some high quality image

Hi everyone, 

I uploaded a photo of a pigeon below and it was rejected due to a quality issues. 

Honestly, I don't know what the problem is as it has a sufficiently high resolution.

why do you think about that?

I did miss the pigeon! That's most propably what @daniellei4510 means with "wrong picture".

Quality comprises much more than just resolution. For a list of the possible quality issues refer to the Adobe Stock Learn & Support pages. You mentioned a pigeon image, but that's not the one you uploaded; therefore we can't comment on potential quality issues.

White balance is a big problem here - the background isn't white.

The image that you uploaded also has errors. The direction of the light reflection does not match and her back teeth, on both sides, lean frontwrad and not down.

Resolution does not mean high quality.

The hairs on her head are too thick and unrealistic and look like pastic. For a young child, the bags under her eyes are too puffy and need to be subdued. The ears are different sizes for a head-on portrait and one ear is lower than the other. The catchlights in the eyes should be identical. For future reference, you might want to call a young attractive girl (AI or not) a young girl and not a pidgion to avoid confusion.

And one more thing. Fly-away hairs that are so fly away they aren't even connected to her scalp.

Resolution is not a quality criteria. 

I've opened your picture and immediatly saw multiple issues in the asset. That was an easy job for the moderator:

You may have also other issues in this picture. The structure is not very defined, colours are quite washed out. This picture needs a lot of cleanup work.
