They probably told you it was rejected for technical reasons.

It is under exposed, not sharp, and noisy.

Hello,

As mentioned, it is underexposed! By quite a lot. It is because you were shooting into the sky!

Another thing to think about is how will this image be used. How commercial is it? What does it show?

Under exposed and not properly focused. Look where the tree is crisp and where it is soft.
