I have 3 photos that were rejected due to an "artifacts problem". However I don't think their decision is correct. What do you guys think and is there a way to appeal the decision?

Image one and three are grainy when zoomed to 100%. To view images for noise it is necessary to zoom to between 100 and 200% so that the noise grain become visible. Image two has a lot of lens flare (the purple/green ray colors). This is as a result of the sun's rays hitting the lens of your camera.

Best wishes
