Hello Adobe Stock Community,
I recently submitted an image of a Luxury Fine Dining Platter, featuring seared salmon, truffle mashed potatoes, asparagus, and edible gold flakes, plated in a Michelin-star restaurant setting. I ensured that the image was high resolution (4MP+) before submission.
However, my image was not approved, and I would like to understand the possible reasons. I suspect the rejection could be due to one of the following factors:
:keycap_1: Resolution or Compression Issues: Was my file not high enough in resolution or overcompressed?
:keycap_2: Noise or Artificial Texture: Did the image contain unwanted noise or unrealistic textures?
:keycap_3: Focus & Composition: Could the rejection be due to incorrect focus, excessive background blur, or composition issues?
:keycap_4: Content Guidelines: Did the image contain any copyrighted elements or branding that led to rejection?
I want to optimize the image according to Adobe Stock's guidelines, so any feedback or suggestions from the community would be greatly appreciated!
Thank you! 😊

This might be a better fit for a 'foodies group' or social media where friends & family can see it. I'm not sure how many Stock customers are searching for seared salmon with mashed potatoes & asparagus. That's very specific.
Stock is looking for commercial quality assets that depict a wide range of topics that customers can use in professional projects -- print, digital & merchandise.
Quality is assessed for proper lighting, exposure, composition, focus, contrasts, color balance, lack of noise & unwanted artifacts. For more tips, consult your Contributor's User Guide.

You can't use the tradename "Michelin".
What was the refusal reason?
1) If the resolution is not high enough (4 MP) then the upload will fail.
2) check that at 100%
3) you need to check that, if you do not want to show your picture. Don't ask questions that can't be answered.
4) Check the guidelines. Michelin is a well known tradename.
(and btw: use simple numericals, they apear as 1, 2 or three...)

Good catch! That would be an instant disqualification for IP.
