Why was my pictur rejected for technical reasons?

i have tried to post my first pictures. I don t understand why the attached picture was rejected for technical reasons. I am a hobby photographer but eager to learn, so i would appreciate any constructive opinion,

Did you turn it to black and white? This is not allowed for Adobe Stock.
