Why was this image rejected as over or underexposed.

I view the image as almost perfectly exposed it was rejected for the tehnical reason cited in subject.  Any Suggestions. on what they are seeing and I am missing?

Hi @Joe OConnell ,

The image is too small for proper examination, but it would appear it is either underexposed or has a white balance issue, or both. I am not sure exactly which because of the tiny thumbnail you upload here.

Thanks JG I did not realize I loaded a small image. Image was shot in a
studio setting trying to achieve natural lighting conditions. I will admit
the colors of the snake are different but they do emulate others I have
found on the web. If you would like I can send a full size jpeg.

If you want to have us look into the picture, yes.

 

Looking at the histogram of your miniature picture, it indeed appears to be underexposed.

Okay, I am new to the forum and trying to learn the the posting
requirements. It just rejected an 11 Mb image so I have reduced the
attachment to about 2 Mb. Hopefully this will give you the necessary
resolution. I look forward to seeing your critiques and suggestions.
