Why were my photos rejected?

All photos are underexposed. The last photo also has purple color fringing on the edge of the water splash.

First: heavily underexposed, colour noise, artefacts, out of focus, chromatic aberration and in addition, you have either lens dust or sensor dust or something else giving a similar impression.

Second: completely out of focus, chromatic aberration, noise and artefacts due to small sensor size and/or aggressive processing.

Third: underexposed, out of focus, chromatic aberration, noise, and I would guess also white balance problem.

Fourth: you guess it probably: out of focus and chromatic aberration and colour noise and luminary noise, underexposed...

Fifth: you should know by now where to look. Check your pictures at 100% and 200% and edit faults out. The pictures here are, however, lost as some problems (out of focus) are uncorrectable and others are so prominent that a correction is impossible (noise, chromatic aberration).

If the pictures have a sentimental value for you, keep them, but if not delete them. They are from technical and quality point of view unusable.

Edit: I've forgotten: most are also badly framed. The first: the dragon almost touches the borders, the boy is in the left lower corner. Second: the dragon touches the corner, the flowers show almost no stem, let alone the ground. The third picture has the upper part of a power pole in the middle of the flower bush, but the flower bush also shows nothing interesting and is cut off somewhere. The fourth picture has lost leaves in the upper corner, but you can't see where and how the water flows. Only the last picture, if it were otherwise OK, could have something to offer in terms of a motive.

Underexposed. The photo cannot be saved because when you lighten the areas, you produce artifacts and noise. You also need to cleanup irregularities in the photo (wires and spots and trash).

As already mentioned by the others, I'm afraid they are underexposed, not focused very well and I think also importantly the composition isn't good. What were you trying to take? What did you want to show? Try to do some reading about composition. How to 'design' a photo. How to arrange the picture elements in it.
