What exact reason did Adobe give you for the rejection, please?

#1 Technical issue: It's B&W and Adobe Stock customers don't buy B&W images.  They want full color.

#2 Intellectual Property: Did you submit a signed IP release with your original artwork?   Adobe won't accept original artwork unless it's accompanied by an IP release from the person who created it.
