Hi everyone,
I recently requested a withdrawal of $100 from my Adobe Stock account around January 11, but my account was deactivated just now. I’m concerned whether this will affect my pending payment.
Has anyone experienced something similar? Will Adobe still process payments for a deactivated account, or should I expect issues?
Looking forward to hearing from anyone with similar experiences or advice.
Thanks in advance!

You will have to wait until Adobe completes their investigation and determines that any issues with your account can be corrected. Until then, you will be unable to withdraw your payment.

Yes. Your payment request will stay pending until a final decision has been made. If the account stays blocked, it is improbable that Adobe will proceed with the payout.
You don't even know what violations you committed (or maybe you do?) If you start a new account, you could continue making the same mistakes. Or if your account DID get re-activated, you would then have two accounts, at least one of which would lead to another ban.
I'm not a brother. If you open another account and start uploading the same assets, you are at risk of getting that account suspended also, particularly if you don't even know what guidelines you've violated. And if the first account t is restored, you will then be in violation of the guideline relating to having multiple accounts. Seems like a huge waste of time to me.
Adobe does not care whether multiple Contributors are uploading from the same IP; however, that might be one of the clues th

Sister they emailed me this, "Hello,
Your account has been blocked for submitting content that violates Adobe Stock submission guidelines, or for activities that violate the Adobe Stock Contributor Terms, on the basis of internal review of your content and account. These content or account activities were found to be incompatible with the Stock Contributor Terms, because they are prohibited under Stock account and submission guidelines, such as submitting offensive content, excessive submissions, content to which you may not own the rights, spam, or other prohibited content or account activity.
For more information on why your account has been blocked, and your appeals options, see the Submission Guidelines.
Regards,
Adobe Contributor Relations "
Should I still wait?

Thank you for clarifying. I understand that the payment will remain pending until the final decision is made. I will await further updates from Adobe regarding the status of my account and payment.
I appreciate your assistance and guidance in this matter.
Best regards

By @Muhammad_Hussain
As of my information: yes. However, it may well be that your account gets reactivated again, and then you would be in violation of your contributor agreement once more. If you know that your account will not be reactivated again (because you submitted, as an example, content to which you may not own the rights), you can proceed.
You should make sure not to violate the terms again. Adobe will know that you are the account owner of the blocked account.

Brother I'm not sure that they will reactivate my account or not!!! if they dont reply me on the appeal of my account reactivation and i create new account on same ip, will it be blocked in future due to multiple accounts?

By @Muhammad_Hussain
Sure. But only if your other account gets reactivated. The IP is irrelevant, however. Adobe will get your identity by other means.

Sounds like you are unsure what you might have done (or not done) to get your account disabled. So even if you could open another account, you could conceivably do or not do the same thing a second time around. Best to wait to hear from Adobe why your account was banned in the first place.

Sure, if @Muhammad_Hussain does not know what lead to the blocking, and the documentation is not clear to him, it would be difficult not to make the same errors again.

The reason for deactivation is that I accidentally submitted a few assets multiple times, but not an excessive amount, and I created a few variations of my existing assets.

Did Adobe advise you that was the reason, or are you just assuming?

Attempts to contact Adobe directly will not work. You need to file an appeal here:

Among the list of potential violations that Adobe sent you, are you able to discern what violation(s) in particular you may have committed?

Well, Adobe may have a different idea about "excessive" duplicates. But spamming is a blocking reason.
You really need to be sure that this is the reason, and not submitting prohibited content, or your account will be blocked again rapidly. You need to be careful.

My account got deactivated but I'm still receiving daily earning report and I didn't receive any response on my appeal.
