Winter photo, refusal for technical reasons

Hello community, the photo was rejected for technical reasons. Thanks everyone for the replies and possible reasons. My guess is excessive noise in the shadows and in the sky.

Sorry, I think the refusal was based on focus, underexposed shadows, overexposed highlights and an unlevel horizon.

I think the main reason is the white balance. It is just a bit too yellow.

Not much is in sharp focus, and I'm seeing magenta and artifacts in the shadows.
