A few of my images got rejected in the latest batch. Most I understood but this one, I can't be too sure on the reason.
It is so underexposed that I can't determine whether sharp focus has been achieved. Additionally, parts of the sky are blownout with no detail whatsoever.

Also, the capture is out of focus. I believe you placed the focus on the distance to capture the end of the road instead of focusing on closer to you. Your must always expose your files properly.
I suggest you take a look at The Adobe Contributor Guide and these seven tips to get your files accepted. Also here are some other tips that will help you to produce and submit improved pictures.
