To add to what is being said, you should receive an e-mail from Adobe about the issue that will tell you about the issue and how to communicate with them. If you do not see the e-mail please check your spam.

Hi Andy,

 

Do as you were told. The screen you see shows an e-mail address. Use that to contact Adobe Contributor Support, and they will tell you what is happening. We can't help you and Adobe does not publicly discuss the issues with your account.

 

Issues may be:

  • unusual sales activity, especially if you have massive sales from one account only
  • stealing assets from other people and uploading them as your own
  • many reported bad quality files, misleading assets etc
  • etc.
