Nobody here can help you. You will have to contact contributor support for this. Adobe does not discuss publicly any account troubles that you may have. You are free, however, to look in this forum for more information on this, as it appears to me that Adobe is doing a kind of winter clean up.
I will lock this thread now, if you have results from your interaction with Adobe that you want to share with the community, you can contact me via direct message and I can unlock again.
Please be patient, watch your spam folder as Adobe answers by e-mail. Sending multiple messages in a row does not accelerate the findings, however.
