Hi,

 

"Your account has a validation status issue. You should Contact us"

I got this problem about 6 months ago, I withdraw my money and waited for this, Then after few days, my account was locked.

I have informed several times through the "Contact Us" form but am not getting any reply. I have been waiting for a long time, and still I have not received my account and money.

What I should do next? What is wrong? How can I validate and what to validate?

You can't validate anything, and Adobe did respond to your contact efforts. They always do. Check your spam folder.

 

If your account has been locked for 6 months, it is probably locked forever, and you will not be able to withdraw your money.

 

I suppose that Adobe thinks that you violated some terms of your agreement, like buying your assets to boost your account. That doesn't work as there are flags rising, when an account gets high sales from one sole account that are not normal.
